Air conditioning maintenance is a planned and regular servicing of the system and its parts, to make sure it is in full working order and running efficiently, and to prevent any potential issues before they arise. It's usually carried out between one and four times a year, depending on the scale of the air conditioning system installed. Any new system that we supply and install comes with a 5 year warranty - but for this to remain valid the AC system must be maintained regularly.
