It's all about the design. It may be one I produce for you, or it may be your own. I largely work to commission for private clients and I'm passionate about being as environmentally responsible as possible. The timber I use comes from countries with a good record of forest management and I work with recycled or reused timber and fittings where available and appropriate. I take the approach that if my furniture is well designed and built, it will last a lifetime (centuries, if looked after!).
