Terry installed the boiler 7 years ago and still had all the details to hand and when we asked him to service it he came at the time agreed and properly examined and worked on it which is very different to the diagnostic 20 minute test with no other action that large contractors offer. We felt confident that the job was done properly and by someone we know and trust

I called Terry late on a Saturday to a broken down boiler belonging to an elderly relative. He arrived at the premises exactly when he said he would, diagnosed the problem, called me to explain and I authorised the repair. It was repaired and the heating was back up and running a couple of hours later. Wouldn't hesitate to call on him again or to recommend his services.
