Hands down the best crew we've ever met! Fantastic work ethic, punctual, attention to detail, and never too much trouble.
We called MPC to discuss installing a new sewage treatment plant, and Karen was super helpful and responsive. When we activated the project, project manager Kristy got us scheduled in double quick and ensured that all the necessary equipment arrived on site in good time.
On the scheduled start day, the team turned up at 08.00 sharp. Site lead Chris walked us through the project plan and agreed outcomes and then briefed Ollie (who turned out to be a digger driver extraordinaire) and Will (a trainee who's highly energetic and switched on).
The job was scheduled for four days but with a bit of luck and long hours (the team always arrived before 08.00 and never left before 19.00), the team cracked it out in two days. Rearranging services and electrical contractors on the fly.
Their attention to detail, in terms of longevity and resilience in use, was spectacular.
I would highly recommend MPC services and particularly our project team. If I could give six stars, I would have done so happily.

Polite and confident in dealings over the phone prior to the work being carried out. The engineers arrived on time, did an excellent job, explained what they had done and why. Absolutely excellent throughout.

Fantastic company! They did a superb job overseeing and installing the reciting of our drain field which was not an easy project. MPC have recently installed a Tricel 18 person treatment plant for ourselves and two neighbours to replace an existing septic tank. They carried out the supply and installation efficiently and effectively. Pleasant and helpful staff who dealt with our many queries and a few tricky site issues. Great service.

Impressed with the service from start to finish. Honest survey, responsive back office staff and respectful, efficient installation team who left the site as tidy as possible given the major earthworks required. Strongly recommend.
