All XTI products are designed and manufactured on-site and we believe ongoing product development is key when it comes to delivering technologically advanced drainage equipment. Since its inception, XTI has grown year-on-year serving customers in the UK and the aim is to expand operations to supply mainland Europe. Located in Oldham, Lancashire, XTI is easily accessible from the M60 and M62 - for those who want to take advantage of our 'while you wait' repair service you will find directions here.
When pushrod is damaged underground, even the smallest kink or dent can make subsequent jobs more challenging, and sometimes unfeasible. Plus the chance of further coil impairment or damage to your camera head through water permeation is increased. In either circumstance it's likely that it will cost your business time, money and maybe your reputation. Perhaps you've been cutting your coil down to get rid of damage or started with a short reel and are losing out on longer push jobs? Let us provide you with a cost effective way of extending the life of your drainage camera system.
Typically our engineers can enhance Mini-Cam, Crusade and Scanprobe boxes. Record your drain survey directly to the solid state hard drive in MPEG video format as well as USB memory stick for simple transfer of footage to clients. We can also offer lithium polymer battery upgrades so your control unit has an improved operation time and new high-brightness monitors.
Our experienced technicians and engineers were sure that the transmission of data down our rod could be even more precise and have further clarity. That's what they have been working on for a number of months. Electronics in the vicinity, including your sonde and camera lighting, have the tendency to generate interference down the coil. XTI has been working tirelessly to make its pushrod impervious to an electronically noisy environment. The further the push, the more likely it will be that the quality of data will reduce.
