This will involve removing existing sanitary; wall tiles and floor covering; plastering of walls and new pipe-work and electrical adjustments to accommodate the new design. For gas works, before starting, we carry out a Gas Tightness Test to ensure that the gas pipe work is not leaking. We will then carry out the works and then carry out a further Gas Tightness test. After the works are completed we will issue a Gas Certificate.
