Croft View Construction believe that installing a bespoke Garden Room is a fantastic way to utilise your outside space, while creating a whole new area and room to extend and improve your indoor living. When you are in need of more space, many options are costly, complicated and entail a range of potential complications such as planning permission and restrictions created by your current house structure. A garden room is different. We aren't talking about a glorified shed, which is cold in the winter, boiling in the summer and drafty and damp all year round.

Listed buildings are often beautiful, interesting and full of wonderful original features that you want to maintain and admire. They can also pose many complications with the restrictions set by listed building guidelines. Croft View Construction have highly skilled tradesmen and knowledge which enables us to sympathetically restore features to their original beauty, as well as gaining full functionality which may have been hampered over the years. The restoration of original sash windows on this property required the work to not only be highly skilled in order to restore the original frames, but we also needed to ensure that the windows were highly functional for the Cumbrian weather that would be thrown at them for the next 100 years.
