Over the years we have worked on a range of prestigious projects for both commercial and private clients. Based just south of Bristol, we specialise in high quality bespoke joinery products. We can undertake a diverse range of projects within our range of conservatories, orangeries, windows and doors and can also undertake bespoke curves, arches, domes and shapes.

All of our casement windows are made to the highest standards, from top quality engineered timber and customised to your design and specification where required. From a single window to a multiple order, each and every item is manufactured in our workshop where we combine the very best of traditional designs with the latest standards of weatherproofing, thermal performance and security. We are also proud to offer BFRC approved A rated timber windows - ideal for new build. We also specialise in projects for listed buildings and buildings within conservation areas as we are able to produce a range of profiles which helps to conform to local planning guidelines.

David Salisbury Commercial specialise in high quality bespoke joinery products which are finished to the highest standards to create individual, beautifully made timber windows and doors, timber lantern roofs, timber conservatories and orangeries. Our manufacturing facility in Somerset is among the most advanced of its kind in Europe. Technical innovation enables us to manufacture individual timber components with extraordinary accuracy and precision, factory finished and glazed ready for a fast and simple installation.

Our bespoke sliding sash windows are supplied with traditional weights and pulleys, or modern spiral balanced mechanisms. Spiral balances are neatly concealed behind a timber trim meaning no un-sightly mechanism is on display. With years of manufacturing experience, we have produced a comprehensive range of vertical sliding windows including semi-circular heads and bow fronted windows. Our Sash Windows are suitable for new-build, refurbishment and commercial projects. Beautiful design with precision manufacture gives our sliding sash windows a traditional appearance with superior modern performance.

David Salisbury have been manufacturing high-end, timber buildings for over 30 years. The technology behind our manufacturing process and wide selection of decorative ancillaries means that we can create a large range of designs from simple modern structures to more lavish traditional designs. Using a matrix of sizes underwritten by our structural engineer, every conservatory and orangery manufactured is designed to meet current British standards. Structural tie-bars are often avoided in the lantern roof thanks to our own concealed bracket system.

In May 2016 we opened our very first showroom in the heart of Chelsea, within The Chelsea Gardener garden centre. The showroom is an impressive orangery with a central dome lantern and two smaller rectangle lanterns. In April 2017 we completed our second structure on the site showcasing a modern garden room. The stark contrast between the two structures illustrates the broad range of designs that we cover with our work.

Roof Lanterns can transform the whole feel of a room and the way it is used. Roof Lanterns (sometimes known as Roof Lights) are our specialty. There is nothing we haven't done in the range of lantern roofs. We have made all sizes and shapes, various ridge configurations, and opening roof lights. We can also manufacture domes and lanterns with curved rafters. Timber lantern roofs are machined and finished in our factory by our highly skilled engineers and joiners utilising 5 axis CNC routers with robotic loading.

Our high quality bespoke timber doors are available in a full range of configurations and finishes. Bifold (or sliding - folding) doors are increasingly popular, allowing better views and increasing the flexibility for uses of the room. The well-established Centor operating gear enables multiple doors to slide with ease. Manufactured to the highest level of precision in our state of the art factory, we have years of experience in making door sets up to 8 metres in length and configurations, including complicated bowed track and right angled layouts.

We specialise in all kinds of timber doors such as entrance, patio, french, stable & bifold. All are available with or without sidescreens in timber, glass or a combination of both. From a single timber door to a multiple order, every item is manufactured in our workshop where we combine the very best of traditional designs with the latest standards of weatherproofing, thermal performance and security. Manufactured from the highest quality timber, our timber doors are fully draught proof and factory finished with three coats of microporous paint.
