Really impressed, staff was very helpful when I had queries and also followed up with me when a part of the order did not arrive. Delivery was quick and delivery man was also very friendly which is a bonus as many are already fed up by the afternoon. The carpet is exactly how I expected it to be, I am very happy with it. Will definitely come back when I need to order again.

Easy to navigate site.I only needed a small piece of vinyl for my separate toilet and was adamant I wanted a plain black.Having done in a vintage style paper that was off white and black,all tiles and vinyls were generally white and black which would of clashed.Was so happy to find a remenant on this site in the exact size I needed, to avoid unnecessary waste.
Great prompt service and seller communication also postage included in price.Faultless transaction!

Delighted with our purchase, colour was true to picture on website, texture was soft to touch, price was within our budget. Delivery to Glasgow only took 2-days and courier was pleasant and helpful. We had been unable to source similar locally in the colour ordered so we are so pleased we went online and found Burts. Cannot comment on fitting facility as this was not used.

From start to finish, an excellent service. I sent for carpet sample as and they arrived promptly, with additional sample underlay. I had to send twice and each time the service was impeccable. There was also a helpful and friendly letter enclosed re getting in touch if I needed to or if I wanted more info or to order. The online order process was simple and easy to follow. On ordering my carpets, they were delivered much quicker than I anticipated and the delivery guys were extremely helpful and supportive in ensuring the carpets made it into the house. Could not fault Burts or the delivery team. Will definitely use again AND recommend!

Excellent communication re delivery but I request a small transit sized vehicle as the road I live is a single narrow up hill road and it arrived on a large lorry !! we had put the 5m long carpet in the back of the car with the driver taking the weight and following the car up the hill to the house!!

To be honest I panicked a bit when my goods didn't arrive on due date but they did eventually 3days later straight and not bent like someone else said in their review. Van driver was polite and helpful taking carpets into communal dining area. Haven't unwrapped the carpets yet to tell you what they are like but for the price I'm sure I can't complain. Must point out that Chloe is very helpful and polite sorting out any queries.

Carpets were delivered on the day quoted all cut to my sizes.
Excellent price for the 65 metres of Hugh Mackay carpet that I chose the best price online.
The carpets have been fitted today and look great.

I've ordered numerous times from this company and every single time was very much satisfied with the whole process.
I will say the delivery arrived before its estimated due and we were sent a message indicating so ON THE DAY of delivery luckily my friend was available to go to the house I do feel like a little more notice for instance the night before would have been of preference. All products recieved perfect and well packaged
Absolutely shocking quality. After being delivered Vinyl which was ripped, they replaced it with vinyl that has crease faults! I'm absolutely livid. The stress it's all caused and hassle is unbelievable
Absolutely shocking service. False promises regarding delivery times (after paying excessive delivery costs) and lies when it comes to refunds, which we are still awaiting. Would not recommend to worst enemy
