Such a fantastic and helpful place to get my washing done - I went in on Saturday to stick my washing in the dryer. As all the dryers were full and I didn't have the time to hang around the staff were helpful and said they would put it in for me when one became free. Was so helpful not having to hang around with 2 young children and just pick up all dry and folded. Thank you so much xx
I am over the moon with the service received. My very large, very expensive curtains would have cost a fortune to get dry cleaned, but I took the risk to get them washed and dried naturally and they have come up like new. I also had two pairs of trousers shortened, and I'm pleased with the first class alterations on these. Once again a very prompt reply to my message request, a quick collection, turn around and drop off is excellent service in my opinion. Bubbles is reliable, professional and has excellent customer service so I would highly recommend them.
Being a very busy lady, I could not stay with my watched clothes when I visited Bubbles. A member of staff said I should come back on Sunday morning and she would dry it for me while I was at church. Well, she dried and folded my clothes perfectly. All with a smile and so very welcoming. Today, I went back (dryer is still not fixed) and this time the owner of the business was there. Wow! what warm reception I received; again as I was rushing to go to work she said I should leave my washed clothes and she would dry them for me and deliver. Bear in mind they do not usually offer service dry or delivery service. This is great customer service. I am so grateful for and appreciate the staff at Bubbles. I recommend them 100% :-)
