From a modest start in 1977 working from two rooms in Leamington Spa we have grown to become the Midlands' premier contract cleaning company. We have the strength of 43 years of professional cleaning expertise behind us and with the founder's son as chairman we remain an independent privately owned family business that prides itself on good old fashioned service. Our management team of thirty staff is led by our directors, who have over 100 years industry experience between them. Our underlying strength is the high ratio of area managers to cleaners.

Many clients have a need for a variety of additional support services that can be effectively carried out by our on site or mobile staff directed by our local management team. All the jobs you need once in a while can be carried out very cost effectively by our trained and uniformed staff at any time or place you may need them. Our management team can programme regular visits for our operatives to undertake specific scheduled tasks such as deep cleaning or maintenance. In addition we can advise you on a wide variety of building support services to ensure that preventative tasks are undertaken at an acceptable frequency.

We undertake contracts from £2,500 to £500,000 per annum for a large blue chip client base across the Midlands. Our cleaners and managers appreciate the time restrictions and flexibility needed to ensure that cleaning does not disrupt your staff or visitors and the majority of office cleaning takes place early in the morning or early evening. It is at these times that our supervisors and area managers are at their busiest. Whilst visiting sites their role is to train and motivate cleaners to help them to reach their full potential whilst at the same time ensuring that cleaning standards are achieved but more importantly maintained.

We have our own directly employed carpet cleaning staff controlled by our special works director Tony Richards. We have been members of the NCCA for over twenty years and all our staff are fully trained and accredited by them. They are the nationally recognised and approved training body for all reputable carpet and upholstery cleaning contractors and provide both training and support functions relating to technical issues. Our services include full hot water extraction and semi dry cleaning of carpets and rugs, specialist dry cleaning of fine rugs and textiles, wet and dry cleaning of upholstery and curtains and spot and stain removal on a wide range of soft surfaces.

Our expertise in computer and clean room cleaning has been built up over the past thirty three years working for predominantly blue-chip clients. Our services include risk assessment, specialist sub floor cleaning, ceiling void decontamination, plant and equipment cleaning and ongoing monitoring of air quality and contamination. In addition we can provide detailed decontamination of live support areas such as UPS rooms, mains distributing rooms, battery charge and control rooms, generator facilities and HV and LV switch rooms.

With thirty three years experience we can carry out all types of window cleaning. The majority is now undertaken using our specialist high level reach and wash van mounted system. This creates the least disturbance for clients and provides a very safe work environment where ladders and above ground level working are minimised. The emphasis of our window cleaning division has always centred on health & safety and we have an exemplary record. Specialist operatives are trained and updated on safe working practices in a number of specialised areas including cradle, ladder and roped access.

As part of our daily cleaning service we provide reliable trustworthy staff to undertake shop cleaning. Our services cover daily shop cleaning both during normal hours and out of hours and regular window and facade cleaning, car park maintenance and specialist periodic cleaning. The essential element is reliability as these premises are often open 7 days per week, 364 days per year and the level of cleanliness is obvious to our clients' customers as they shop. In addition our consumables service can supply and replenish toilet and kitchen products with full COSHH information and inventory control at shop level.
