All washing programmes are based on a new technology called the Lagoon System. This system was approved by Woolmark and can be successfully used in washing the garments which normally are marked as only suitable for dry, chemical cleaning. This is the first and only professional system of delicate water washing which has its own Woolmark certificate. Lagoon System combines effectiveness of chemical dry cleaning and hand washing delicateness. We provide fully professional service for individual customers as well as for business' partners.
Phoned in advance to check that my request could be completed on time and I was advised that if I could bring the items in the next day that would be fine. On arrival pre 10:00am the next morning with my 10 pillows and KS duvet (No mean feat) they simply shook their heads. No explanation offered as to why I had been advised differently and no solution offered.
