Established in 1974 by John Armytage, Pennywise Cleaners is an established name in Sheffield and well known with locals who want a friendly face. That friendly face is now John's son, Paul who recently took over the management of the business and is looking forward to building on.

Pennywise Cleaners offers a quick and easy, hassle free way to meet all of your alteration requirements. We use a seamstress with over 40 years' experience working in the clothing industry. Our services include garment resizing, general alterations, repairs, replacing zips, curtain re lining and specialist leather & suede repair services. The great thing about having your alterations done at Pennywise is you can combine your alterations with Dry Cleaning at the same time. For example you might like to have your curtains taken down, re-lined, cleaned and re hung or your trousers shortened and dry cleaned.
