January 14, 2025, Robbie conducted render cleaning at our property. Unfortunately, the work was not performed with reasonable care and skill. Post-cleaning, the property and surrounding areas were left in a dirty state, with render particles scattered across the patio, decking, garden fumiture, and windows.
Despite being covered, our garden furniture was coated in chemicals mixed with render particles. Additionally, the building vents were not protected during the cleaning process, resulting in water ingress and damage to one of the vents. The high-pressure jet wash was applied directly to the window surfaces, causing damage and compromising the seal integrity. This allowed water mixed with dirt and chemicals to enter the property. The window vents were left covered in dirt mixed with chemicals. We contacted Robbie immediately after discovering the water Ingress through and inside the windows, providing photographic evidence. Ten out of ten windows on the first floor experienced water ingress through the vents and between the window seals. Within a week post-cleaning, seven out of these ten windows developed condensation between the windowpanes. Additionally, one out of seven windows on the ground floor had water ingress between the windowpanes, which turned into condensation the next day.
We have written to Robbie on several occasions and called his mobile directly, giving him the opportunity to rectify the situation. We cleaned the exterior of the property, windows, doors, and garden furniture ourselves.
We requested that he repair the damaged vents and replace the damaged windows, but unfortunately, we have not received a response. We will be taking legal action. I highly recommend to higher someone else.

Many thanks to Robbie and team for professionally and thoroughly cleaning my solar panels which were covered in 6 years worth of moss, lichen and crud. The task took 2 hours to complete. Now the panels are running efficiently and look as good as they did when they were first installed. So pleased with the results and I definitely recommend these guys to do this type of work, all at a competitive price
