We have our own in-house training programmes to keep up to date with changes in products, legislation and building regulations/design. We believe strongly in our engineer's having a good product knowledge and, to this end, we work directly with manufacturers to with training courses for installation, maintenance and servicing of their products.

HPHS was started by its Director, Denis Johnson, in September 1998. The Company has always carried out commercial, industrial and domestic plumbing & heating installations and we pride ourselves on our vast experience. The Company moved into our purpose built offices, stores and workshop in 2009. It is a well sized and of modern design, giving our office staff a comfortable working environment. Our Company has invested in the latest plumbing/heating software which allows for instant communicating and monitoring of our engineer's in the field.

We have a team of engineers to carry our servicing, breakdowns and repairs on gas, oil and sold fuel appliances. With appliances becoming more and more complex, engineers need to be specialist trained to be able to fault find and repair appliances. Our Senior Engineer has over 20 years experience in fault finding and repair of appliances and with in-house training his experience is passed down to our younger engineers and apprentices. In addition to the safety issues a boiler in need of servicing may be working at less than optimum efficiency this could lead to the heating system not performing as required and adding to your heating bill.
