Formed in 2003 we clean, has developed an enviable reputation for delivering high quality, bespoke cleaning service solutions to a wide spectrum of blue chip companies, public sector bodies, industry and professional institutions. The success of this commercial cleaning company has evolved from its passion to deliver only cleaning related services during a period when many other organisations have attempted to bundle soft services such as security, M&E, catering and cleaning into cumbersome packages.

We are a commercial cleaning company, built on an innate passion to deliver an exceptional cleaning service to our wide and varied client base, many of whom we have developed long-term relationships with. Based in Birmingham, we are owned and managed by a team of industry professionals with over 90 years of industry experience. Our people are our business and the we clean ethos is encapsulated by its simple message - 'we clean and proud of it!' whereby absolutely everybody within our team is encouraged to take pride in their work.

In 2020 we live in a fast moving, 'throw away' society, but there is still a need to appreciate and implement traditional values, that promote restoration and longevity. We are fortunate to possess in-depth knowledge, and within our Specialist Cleaning Division we have a number of 'skilled technicians' who are able to clean, maintain and restore a vast array of floor types and surfaces.

For any business to operate successfully in the modern commercial environment, the delivery of 'quality' is absolutely paramount. As a commercial cleaning company, we clean have developed management and cleaning systems to maintain the highest possible standards of hygiene to our client base. We are a full corporate member of the British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICSc) and fully adhere to their guidelines on eliminating the cross-contamination of bacteria and other pollutants. We operate within a number of industrial areas where the quality of manufacture is often dependent on zero tolerance to contaminates, either airborne or surface related and this places particular emphasis on providing controlled cleaning regimes.

Since we began providing daily cleaning services to Midland Auto Trader's Aston office, our very first client back in 2003, office cleaning has been at the very core of our operations. It's what we're all about, providing an immaculately uniformed cleaning lady or cleaning gent, who will provide the same exceptional cleaning service day in, day out. Our cleaning teams are fully trained, highly motivated and professionally presented so as to create the right image for you and your business. We understand that first impressions really do matter and at we clean we fully grasp the importance of delivering a clean and presentable office environment.

Utilising the most appropriate cleaning chemicals, materials and consumables, we will ensure that firstly your washroom is hygienically sound, and secondly, it is sound in appearance and odour. We have consciously partnered with suppliers who are at the forefront of 'green cleaning', and have their environmental footprint in mind at all times. All paper products supplied by we clean for client use are made from 100% recycled material. Our 'Hygiene Service' provision is fully compliant with current legislation, and is constantly evolving.

The discipline of Window Cleaning has changed beyond recognition over the last 20 years with the introduction of safer working practices including Reach & WashTM purified water cleaning systems, which allow for optimal cleaning and maintenance of both internal and external building glass. As a company, we clean is Safe Contractor approved and is also accredited to the Contractor Plus Safe Working Practices Scheme. All operators are trained and hold licences for the use of powered access equipment and all work is carried out under the direction of detailed Method Statements, Risk Assessments and Quality Assurance Documentation.

As a commercial cleaning company, we clean has developed a robust and agile management team that now possesses over 85 years experience within the cleaning industry. As a business, we clean has all the necessary skill sets to achieve planned and controlled organic growth. Our ethos and business culture encourages all team members to have the same outlook within the business, with our management team leading by example.

Our Dee over 13 years of committed and loyal service consistently delivered the importance of. As a lasting memorial to Dee the Annual we clean 'Pride Award' will now be renamed the 'Dee Richards' Pride Award and whoever achieves this accolade will know that they have contributed something very special to our business and have upheld the "we clean desire and passion to do the job right"! Sean works diligently with a real passion for cleaning and has done for we clean for more than 8 years. Sean is the face of Broad Street providing Daily Specialist Cleaning Support to the Westside Bid and helping to keep this very popular and vibrant leisure district spotlessly clean.

As an eco-friendly organisation we clean is committed to providing and developing quality, green cleaning services that will have a minimal environmental impact, so that we can help to safe guard precious natural resources for our future generations. The Company has consciously developed an internal Environmental Management System (EMS) we clean GREEN that has the overriding objective of ensuring that 'green cleaning' is at the very core of our daily activities and will form the focal point of our ISO14001 Accreditation.
