Everybody needs Frontier Plumbing & Heating in their lives. I have recently used them as my elderly parent's heating stopped working. They came the next day & have continued to visit until it was up & running. The system is getting on a bit but they did not shy away from this where others may have. They went away & came back with a plan. They are professional, trust worthy & caring & had patience with my Dad's often irrelevant questions & chat (he has early on set dementia) They even showed respect when my Dad wanted to talk to them about the gas meter!! Tom called today to fix a leaking radiator. He was extremely pleasant and polite, and fixed the problem very quickly and professionaly. I was very impressed and would certainly recommend Frontier Plumbing and heating.

Frontier were sent to my home today by my insurance company to fix my toilet. the engineer new straight away what the problem was and fixed it so that it works better than it has in the last year. Will certainly recommend to others

For any company who wants to see how it should be done just watch and learn from these guys.
Had central heating failure on Friday,called into their office late Saturday afternoon,as l was local the manager came straight round to my home,diagnosed the problem, gave me a price and booked me in for Monday.
Tom the engineer was pleasant,clean and tidy and got the job done quickly and to a high standard,explained everything that had been done and didn't leave until things were fully up and running and thoroughly checked.
A mention also to the receptionist who was friendly polite and helpful.
l have never met any of the team before Saturday but can absolutely reccomend them to anyone in need of a heating engineer or plumber.

As a property owner I have used a number of companies to carry out maintenance and installations on my properties. To this date I have found this company to be the best.
They are reliable, efficient and, importantly, clean workers. They keep you well informed as to the nature of the work to be done and cost out-turn is always close to, or often less than, the estimates and in my experience they don't pad out the work to charge more.
First point of contact is the wonderful Cheryl who ensures that problems and personal details are clearly logged, passed to the appropriate engineer and ensures that you are provided with all the relevant information regarding the job.
This is how companies should be run. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Frontier are by far one of the best contractors in the Sheffield and Lincoln area! I have used them on a large portfolio of properties. They have never let me down, I'm always extremely impressed by the level of professionalism shown by Anthony and Cheryl. They treat every job, be it a £100 fix or a boiler replacement, with great care and attention. Their prices are unbeatable!
