We are Adrian, Joanne and our two daughters. You can find out more about us here! We clean ovens, from singles to range cookers plus carpets and rugs. We also offer a full Scotchgarding and stain protection service on new and newly cleaned carpets. Our full price list is here. We started in 2003 and have hundreds of regular customers. With our lovely pink (what were we thinking?!) van we cover Wiltshire, Somerset and most of Gloucestershire including Bristol, Bath, Chippenham, Trowbridge, Corsham, Warminster, Frome, Salisbury, Wells, Shepton Mallett, Swindon and everywhere in between.
Adrian and Dan get mucky! They clean the ovens and carpets day in and day out. Adrian likes a natter and takes milk and one sugar in his tea, Dan is more of a coffee man! Fresh started in 2002 cleaning ovens following the old maxim ‘ where there is muck - there is brass'. Whatever you need cleaned, at however short notice, give us a call. Between us we'll do everything we can to help!
We have never, ever!, promised to remove any stains over the phone - it's just not possible to whisk away every mark. That said we have the latest equipment and every type of detergent and cleaning agent under the sun so there isn't much we can't remove! If we give you a quote over the phone then this will usually include stain removal. If the staining is unusually bad, or there is a lot of it (nosebleeds are a common culprit!), then we may need to charge a supplementary fee. We would always assess any stains and agree this charge before we start work.
Carpets are always on display and work incredibly hard. We use the tried and tested method of hot water extraction to clean your carpets. It is environmentally friendly and non-toxic. We trained with 'Prochem', the European leaders in this sort of technology, and use their state of the art equipment, detergents and accessories. We use portable machines from Prochem rather than 'truck mounted' versions that are available. This is because we work in Bath and access is appalling and also because in most cases these machines, designed for hotels and restaurants, are too powerful for normal homes.
