Karen's first experience in the dry cleaning industry came when she joined Jeeves in 1982. Initially, Karen worked in the packaging department, before moving into the quality control and inspection team. Karen then moved into the spot cleaning department where she became wedding dress specialist. Over the years, Karen has worked with some of the world's most recognisable wedding dresses- something she is very proud of. In 2017, Karen was promoted to Excellence Centre Manager and now looks after all of our cleaning departments.
