PPC Window Cleaners are a professional window cleaning company based along the Sussex Coast, with our main office in Shoreham by Sea. Having started the business in Shoreham back in 2000 the main bulk of our domestic customer base can be found in the area. With several hundred customers in Shoreham and many local business in the town we consider this the home of the business, and have built up great relationships with many of the customers we have, some for over 15 years. We have a large amount of our customer base on Shoreham Beach where the residents get a large amount of sea spray and salt build up on the glass, this requires a regular visit especially through the winter months to keep the windows from being damaged.
A large proportion of our ongoing window cleaning work in West Sussex is based in Brighton. With many of our customers living in the city centre and having windows on the first floor or above, we have found the water-fed pole options are the quickest and safest way to deliver our service here. With a large majority of the housing along the front being built in the Victorian and Edwardian era we expect to find what were once large individual houses now turned into spacious flat with high ceiling, large windows and beautiful views.
After cleaning for many years in the Brighton area we started to pick up customers in the neighbouring town of Hove and now look after many homes and businesses in the area. With a mixture of many large Victorian and new build homes in the north end of Hove, we have found that both our traditional and water-fed pole cleaning services are equally as popular with many of our very house proud customers. Many of the beautiful Regency period properties along Hove seafront have sash windows and require a regular cleaning service to make the most of their sea views, along with keeping their frames clean from the build up of salt coming directly from the sea.
People often ask us: "Does Pilkington self-cleaning glass work?" to which our honest answer is "it works, but it does not keep your glass clean". With technology constantly improving, one of the newest innovations to be found on the market is a product by the company Pilkington called ‘self-cleaning glass'. Originally announced back in 2001,. Unless the weather is exceptionally poor, or if conditions are simply too unsafe to carry out a clean, then you can absolutely still expect to see your window cleaner.
Nestling on the picturesque South Downs, Pulborough and the surrounding area covered by the RH20 postcode is one of our newest and largest territories having bought out another local business in the area. We look after many properties and have found that both our water-fed pole and traditional methods of cleaning are equally as popular with our customers who require a regular service. Being set in a woodland location we have also found that many of our customers require our gutter cleaning service on a yearly basis to ensure there gutters and downpipes are flowing and clear from leaves and other debris that can block then and cause damage to their property.
Having taken on the newest member of our team in Worthing we are now looking to grow the domestic side of the business within the area. Having picked up many commercial clients over the last few years we are now looking to grow the domestic customer base within Worthing. We have found many of the customers in the area prefer our water-fed pole cleaning method and also like to be pre-notified when we are due to attend, to allow our customers to either be at home or leave any gates open. Some of our regular customers in the area include Worthing College, Kitchen & Bathroom World, Lings Solicitors, The Post Office and the Vine Pub to name a few.
Our chemical render cleaning service is a great cost effective way to get your property looking brand new again. We use a mixture of chemicals carried on board our vans and applied through our water-fed pole brushes to safely clean the algae and traffic film that can build up and discolour your property over time. This is a relatively inexpensive and great way to bring your property back to life. There are various different types of render that can be found these days across both domestic and commercial properties.
PPC can offer our domestic customers both traditional window cleaning and water-fed pole cleaning wherever you are along the Sussex Coast. All of our operators carry the tools to carry out the traditional cleaning method, along with having water-fed pole systems on board too. Many of our customers choose to have their windows cleaned on a monthly basis as this keeps the windows looking good all year round, but we can also offer the same service on either a bi-monthly or quarterly basis depending on your budget.
PPC offer two types of conservatory cleaning for our domestic customers and these are a straight forward pole wash clean with pure water, or our deep cleaning service. This is carried out in much the same way as the window cleaning service by pumping pure RO water through our extendable carbon poles to the brush heads and simply scrubbing away the dirt and algae. This method is a great cost effective solution to keeping your conservatory roofs and frames free from the build-up of dirt and grime that appears over time.
Water-fed pole window cleaning uses the latest technology in pure water cleaning which has revolutionised the industry over recent years. Pole fed window cleaning with de-ionised filtered water has reduced the need for traditional cleaning methods, which were usually performed from a ladder. The result is an effective and safer delivery of service without leaving the ground. At PPC Window Cleaning we use the latest systems which provide us with only pure, filtered water to achieve perfect results.
For many businesses we offer our Pro Clean service which provides a weekly clean for those that rely on first impressions, such as shop fronts, hotels and restaurants. We also have a Regular service that offers a monthly or bi-monthly clean that suits many office blocks and other commercial premises with flexibility on regularity to suit your business needs. With a large profile of block management companies, office blocks and Hotels who rely on us for their window cleaning, we know how important it is to minimise disruption in the workplace.
The traditional method of window cleaning is by far the best, most pristine way of cleaning, as the windows are left clear and dry with any dirty water wiped away. This is done with the window cleaner applying a cleaning solution to the window with an applicator and then cleaning it off manually with the use of a squeegee, we then wipe down the windowsill and edges with a clean cloth leaving a perfectly clean window every time. We use this method for all our internal cleaning work as the windows are a lot more accessible from the inside and a perfect cleaning finish is usually always guaranteed.
