Our 10,500 square feet factory unit has a large indoor working area as well as a large concreted yard to the front allowing for easy loading and unloading of large loads. In our purpose-built spray booth 15m long by 5.5m we can apply a wide variety of protective and decorative coatings in house, following an abrasive blast cleaning session. These range from solvent free, anti-corrosive, weldable primers, single and two pack finishes, metallics and textured finishes to name but a few. Our main Spray booth is fitted with high and low-level lighting and a recirculating heated air system to maintain a constant temperature throughout the coating application and curing process.

The purpose-built abrasive blast cleaning booth is 15m long by 5.5m wide allowing us to clean a wide variety of items ranging from 40 ft articulated lorry trailers, shipping containers, structural steels, and more using the more aggressive, harder abrasive cleaning techniques. We can also blast clean automotive bodies and components including cars, motorcycles and alloy wheels, using lower pressure and finer grade, soft cleaning abrasives.
