Hi, my name is Lee Breen and I own and operate FabricMaster, a family run carpet & upholstery cleaning service based in Eastbourne. I have over 20 years experience in the cleaning industry and I take pride in my professional standards and services, it's the heartbeat of our business. I have attended numerous training courses (9 and counting!.)most notably at the IICRC training centre at Alltec, the Solution International Training Centre and the Cleansmart Training Academy. These also included advanced stain removal.

Choosing the right cleaning method for any carpet is essential in achieving the right results in terms of cleanliness, appearance and re-soiling properties. These can all be achieved effectively so long as the cost reflects this. As we all know, the cheapest cleaning systems or not cleaning your commercial carpets at all will inevitably be more costly in the long term. Ground in dirt attached to carpet fibres creates friction which over time break and damage carpet fibres. Professional cleaning will release those problematic soils and assist in maintaining the original look and lustre of your carpets.

If you drop or spill something on your carpet (or upholstery), your first instinct is to grab something to try and remove it as quickly as possible. The first thought is to obviously wipe it up, and then maybe go to the cupboard under the sink to use a cleaning product that may be inappropriate, even though it may say that it is a carpet cleaning or stain removal product on the label. Unbeknown to you that 'All in One cleaner' that you purchased from the supermarket and hope is going to rescue your carpet, could contain something very harsh that might not only LOCK the stain in but actually ruin your carpet, with NO possibility of returning it back to how it should be.

The answer is me. I do not send an' operative' to do the work, I will the carry out the work myself. It will be me that you deal with from start to finish, from your initial phone call, the pre survey and the cleaning process itself. I am fully trained in Carpet & upholstery cleaning and spot & stain removal. There are no 'add-ons' or hidden charges, the price you are quoted is the price you pay. I do not offer 'unbelievably low prices' or 'rooms starting from prices'. Some companies use this tactic to get their feet in the door just to then up-sell you services or products you might not want or need.

The cleaning of traditional fine woven rugs or machine made rugs requires an initial process to remove dry grit and dirt, along with greasy soils from everyday use. Rugs can hold a huge amount of dry soil that will not just simply vacuum out. Most rugs are taken away where possible and cleaned back at our workshop in a controlled environment. Firstly after a full inspection the rug is placed on a grid system for dry soil removal. Our special machine vibrates the dry soil out of the fibres and into the grid.

Carpets I fully understand that replacing new carpets around the home or in a commercial environment can be very expensive. Unfortunately, after spending out on lovely new carpets some people forget to consider their upkeep and maintenance. Of course we all vacuum our carpets on a regular basis but it doesn't remove the deep down soils and allergen that attach themselves to the fibres.
