Finally decided to get my wedding dress cleaned 3 years after getting married. With 3 yrs of black dirt ground in I wasn't excepting miracles. Placing order was so easy and options of collection/ delivery dates made the process convenient and customer service was great. Upon the return of my dress it was beautifully packaged in acid free paper and lovely presentation box and the dress well. WOW. It looks brand new not a trace of dirt. Thank you for the work you did on my daughter's wedding dress.its beautiful.nev er thought you would get all the stains out i.e. red wine, fake tan and all the grime from floor on the day.as new.even the repairs. I'm really happy with the cleaning and presentation of my wedding dress. I did a lot of research and found this to be the best by far. From the customer service, pick up and delivery and Debbie keeping me posted along the way. There were no hidden costs. I love that I got to choose the presentation box. And my dress was beautifully wrapped with loads of tissue and my veil was at the bottom just as they said. I was a little worried about all the beadwork, but everything looks fine. Thank you!
Great efforts by all the staff today to get another set of brides' dresses triaged, prepared for cleaning and then wet cleaned with Miele WetCare before air drying overnight ahead of going into pressing and quality control tomorrow.
