Would just like to thank you again for finding a solution to the long-standing problem we have had with our dining chairs and for turning them round so quickly once you had prepared the repair materials. With fingers crossed that they will now have a good trouble-free life ahead of them, we are very pleased with the work you have done. Thanks also for the cleaning fluid, which we hope we shall not need too often. Furniture Medic restored my Ercol coffee table that was originally my parents back in the 70s.

Common problems with leather furniture can include colour loss due to spillages of household products e.g. Placing your leather sofa next to a heat source such as radiators or fires can dry out the natural oils, causing the leather to crack. The ultraviolet rays from direct sunlight over a period of time will cause fading. Your local furniture repair and restoration technician can replace the individual panels that make up your leather sofa or chairs. A colour matched piece of leather can be stitched into place after removing the damaged piece.

Leather furniture often gets neglected as people don't know how to care for it. A well used piece of leather furniture develops creases and crevices due to the nature of the material. These are ideal breeding grounds for bugs, especially as dropped food crumbs can become trapped, leading to the development of bad bacteria and dust mites. A good cleaning routine can prevent this. Before cleaning your furniture it is important to know what type of leather it is made with. The most common type of leather used on modern upholstery is pigmented leather.

Do not use them in the Essex area you won't get anyone to ever call you back.

I have contacted this company on a few separate occasions over the past month. First by email and I had a response asking for photos of my furniture, with which I responded straight away, then I heard nothing back so I called the office a week or so later and was given the excuse that someone had left the company and it was probably their fault but the matter would be looked into and I would get a call back.but I didn't! So I emailed again and I still haven't had a response.obvi ously this company doesn't need any business or know how to treat a customer.
