Our specialist teams of surveyors carry out a variety of topographical surveys across a broad range of project sectors. For us, no survey is too big or too small. We have experience of large-scale land surveys for major infrastructure projects, housebuilding developments and have even completed a project where we surveyed half of an existing UK town to support a local council planning application. We can also provide survey data for smaller projects such as garden adaptations and extensions. We use the latest equipment and technology to deliver a survey which meets your specific project requirements.

Whether it's floor plans, sections, structural details or elevations, we survey each element of the property, either independently or as part of a fully-connected co-ordinated brief. Where appropriate, building surveys can also be carried out in conjunction with topographical or underground surveys. Recently we have seen an increase in requests for surveying flat roof structures constructed from Reinforced Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (RAAC) planks, primarily at a number of hospitals across the UK as well as schemes in other sectors.

We can start your project by carrying out a topographical survey of the site, or use existing site surveys. Our detailed drainage survey will include the manual lifting of every inspection chamber or manhole cover, including locating the chambers if required. For each inspection chamber we will record the depth of the invert, the pipework diameter and type of drainage system including the construction of the chamber. This is then overlaid onto the topographical survey prior to issuing. Many of our clients opt for a full CCTV drainage survey.
