A building survey is a comprehensive inspection of a property reported in a style to suit the property and your specific requirements. Building Surveys can also be known as structural surveys, but they are not the same as a Home Buyers Report. For houses pre-1900 Home Buyers Reports may not be suitable and in some circumstances a Building Survey may be more appropriate. We are experienced land surveyors and whether it is plans for Land Registry purposes or a boundary line that needs to be established using our Surveyors Total Station the work can be achieved quickly and accurately.
