Welcome to Mike Leggett Building Plans Limited, a business established in 1988 to provide clear, easily followed plans, designed the way the client and the builder want them. When I started my business, I was sure I could offer the same level of service as those who were already in the marketplace, at a more realistic price and in a more accessible and easy-to-understand way. Over twenty years later I have the same view and the benefit of experience whilst continually seeking to improve the service.
Having established this business nearly thirty years ago I have a wealth of experience and an accumulated knowledge of all aspects of building and design. As a father of three ( aged 17, 15 and 6) I can also understand how the changing needs of family life can necessitate alterations to your home. I can also help with outline and detailed planning applications, building regulations and structural calculations. I prepare plans for a great many loft conversions and work with many of the local loft conversion specialists.
