A well established, family run architectural design company based in Hungerford, West Berkshire. Formed more than 40 years ago and with a wealth of experience in the local market including the surrounding counties of Wiltshire, Hampshire, and South Oxfordshire. If you have outgrown your home and are looking to add either value or space, then an extension or conversion project may be an ideal solution for you. Common project we are experienced with include single or two-storey extensions, garage conversions and loft conversions. Following receipt of the Planning or Listed Building Approvals we will prepare the detailed Building Regulations drawing suitable for submission to the Local Authority or Private Inspector. These plans generally consist of scale1-50 floor plans, sections & elevations together with 1-20 & 1-10 details as necessary. We include a roof layout drawing, drainage details & an essential electrical drawing to show socket & light /switch locations. During this process we secure the services of a local structural engineers & will liaise with them to form a comprehensive package.

We have experience working on projects of varying sizes, we can provide practical design solutions and cost efficient construction methods as well as injecting flare into a buildings appearance helping deliver results on time and on budget. Our Commercial projects consist mainly of small to medium sized extensions to Hotels, Public Houses & Offices. Hotel Extension - consisting of 10 bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms to a Listed Building with a stainless steel & glass Link designed with close co-operation with the local Conservation Officer.
