Chetham Architecture Design is an award winning Architects practice based in Arnside, on the edge of the Lake District. CAD can provide the full range of architectural services from conception through to completion. Services include: Measured Surveys, Planning Applications, Listed Building Consent, Building Regulations, Tender Action and Contract Administration. Chetham Architecture Design is experienced in local planning issues and has an established working relationship with Planning and Building Control officers.

Chetham Architecture Design was established by Tim Chetham in 2004, after having worked for various architectural practices throughout England. This breadth of experience means that CAD can offer help and advice on a range of projects. Professional qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from Plymouth University (RIBA Part I), a Bachelor of Architecture from Hull School of Architecture (RIBA Part II) and an Advanced Diploma in Professional Practice (RIBA Part III). Other qualifications include a CIOB Certificate in Site Surveying and a City & Guilds in Computer Aided Design.
