Unicorn Construction were appointed to manage and deliver structural and refurbishment works on behalf of Interserve Group. The works were generally within highly populated town and city centres across Devon and south Somerset. The works varied but generally consisted of replacement roof coverings, tanking, carpentry, plastering, decoration, formwork for concrete placement and masonry works. All works had to be planned carefully. Internal works needed to be undertaken outside of normal working hours.
