We specialise in producing plans for extensions and loft conversions. Established in 1976 in South East Kent producing drawings for planning and building regulation approval. We have over 45 years experience in drafting skills and site construction. We travel all over Kent and your drawing is usually completed and ready for submission in 7 to 10 days after the survey. One of our aims is to provide a professional inexpensive drawing for planning and building regulation approval; which will also enable the customer to get quotations from building contractors for the cost of the works.
