If you are planning to improve your existing house, or one you intend to buy, you should be aware of Permitted Development (PD) rights. PD rights are granted in the form of General Development Planning Orders (GDPOs) which give implied planning permission for certain types of development. You should check with your local authority or use a qualified surveyor to ensure the proposed work undertaken conform to current criteria. Some local authorities offer a consultancy service for a small fee, and will confirm whether or not a planning application is required.

WS Design - Announcement Due to the coronavirus the WS Design office in Haslemere is currently closed for 2 weeks. Staff are working remotely and we are attempting to meet our clients needs as much as possible. We will not be completing face to face meetings and are unavailable for free initial consultations on site or at our offices. Instead, we will be seeking to use FaceTime, What's App, Email and telephone to continue communicating with existing and new clients. We thank you for your patience
It's been a while since we posted, but we have had a busy start to the year. So far we have won a Design Award with Waverley Borough Council, taken on two new members of staff and been instructed on over 40 new projects since the start of the year - a great 3 months and a great team starting to build again.
