The Fulkers Bailey Russell team (under previous employment) completed a range of projects within £150k - £20m for Aon. Our role was to rationalise delivery aspirations, which we did successfully by undertaking a full assessment of the brief against what was being delivered, and finding opportunities through procurement, VE and readdressing priorities, as well as providing a robust delivery process focused around communication with the stakeholders. Sheffield - £800k refurbishment of welfare facilities, improvements to heating and cooling, enhanced catering offering.

Under traditional procurement, Fulkers Bailey Russell provide a full architectural service and act as lead consultants for design teams, as well as providing technical information to contractor lead 'Design & Build' methods of procurement.
