I have established a thriving architect's practice with a proven track record in client satisfaction and excellent design value. You are welcome to confirm this by referring to my clients, contact details available on request. When you appoint me you receive the individual attention of myself only, an experienced architect. Since starting in 2010 I incorporated the practice into Thinkingpencil Limited in 2018. I am the company's managing director and only employee. So it has been business as usual.
The work is being done by my colleagues. Excellent tradesmen. They are John Shuker (07899 780906), Stuart Rollinson (07951 350092) and Chris Firth (07988 509951). Gary Henfrey supplied the tented scaffold. So bad weather does not stop work. And my client's home stays dry. Brian Sheldon supplies the timber framing. John's speciality is joinery. Stuart is an excellent brick layer and plumber. Chris is an artist in lead. I was impressed by the glazing system chosen and with the building specialists you identified.
This new interior is part of a comprehensive conversion. The architects studio was created in a former terraced house on Chapel Street in Macclesfield. It was one of six built in the '80's when the neighbourhood was designated a conservation area. Park Lane CA is in the south of Macclesfield. One of the town's most picturesque. It includes Chapel Street, Lord Street and High Street. Nearby is the fine Wesleyan Chapel with a colourful stained glass window. Also you will find The Little Theatre. The interior is designed as a neutral blank canvas for creativity.
We contacted Mark with the view to having a loft conversion.
Mark was really professional and helpful - he gave good guidance on how to best optimise the space, as well as giving us some new ideas to think over.
We are very grateful for his knowledge and expertise, and would highly recommend!
Mark was very friendly and professional. Listened to our ideas and came back with an amazing design we are very excited with.
He can think outside the box and gave highly detailed sketches for us to visualise our dream!
Overall, we would recommend Mark if you are looking for an experienced, creative and professional architect.

Sedum, a "stonecrop" plant, stores water in its leaves. So it thrives on little soil. It grows on stone walls. And is the ideal cover on "green roofs". They are part of the climate-change solution. Because they fix carbon. And hold water instead of loading the drainage system. Many green roofs are.
