Housing Development on Locko Road, Lower Pilsley in Chesterfield Whilst the construction of this new housing development takes place on Locko Road, Chesterfield JCAD as project Architect are regularly involved in onsite meetings with the developer (Poplar Farm Developments Ltd) to review progress. We are always on hand to ensure that the construction process runs. Dunkeld Road in Sheffield Our clients had previously appointed an Architect in Sheffield for their project. They owned a large detached four bedroom house located on the corner of Dunkeld Road and Button Hill. With a large amount of land at their disposal between their home and the neighbouring property their aim was to extend. New Apartments in Place of Derelict Bakery on Chapel Road in Grassmoor, Chesterfield Existing Plot - An abandoned and derelict bakery enclosed on all sides by the main highway and adjacent buildings / gardens, situated on a predominantly terraced street.
Really happy with the excellent service we received from Jonathan. He is very thorough and we are delighted with the amount of extra space he managed to design in the plans for our house extension. We have already recommended JCAD to both friends and family as a very professional service at a fair price.
We first met Jonathan when we came to our old house to give us some advice - we were thinking of knocking three rooms together; he discussed this at length and had some really interesting ideas about how the space might work - all free of charge! However, we didn't proceed as we decided to move instead and as Jonathan had kindly offered to come with us to view any potential new houses, we took him up on this! He came to see this house before we bought it and advised us about how our ideas for changing the building might work. We then employed him to draw up the plans for knocking together and extending the kitchen and dining room, and for a new two storey side extension. Jonathan has been helpful, friendly, enthusiastic and entirely efficient throughout the process. He's kept in regular contact during the build and has always been available should the builders have a query. We're totally thrilled with the new layout of the house and would recommend Jonathan highly.
TPS carried out a extension project with JCAD in Eyam. The drawings provided was to an excellent standard which meant the project ran very smoothly and without any issues. We would highly recommend JCAD for any house extensions we undertake in the future and have already recommended him to family and friends.
