We can provide services that include office and retail space planning, light industrial works including mezzanine floor installations, feasibility studies, Planning and Building Control applications and we supervise the whole process through to completion of the building works on site.

BROCK CHARLES Domestic provides architectural services to provide either new build or replacement dwellings, extensions and refurbishment to homes of all sizes and value, we oversee the whole process from inception to completion or any part thereof should you not require the full service from an Architect. We offer a FREE CONSULTATION, so we will come to your home and discuss your requirements, advising on whether the proposals will require a Planning Application or not and advise you of what Planning Constraints may influence the proposal, like if it is within Green Belt, a Conservation Area or similar and the implications if a Listed dwelling.
