We look at each project from the client's perspective and allow the design to grow from the nature of the site, the brief requirements and budget. Each design is unique. Our approach is also based on sound knowledge of current construction techniques and technologies, including those needed to meet high standards on renewable energy and sustainability.
Our scope of service extends across the whole development process from the initial client briefing to handing over the completed building. We can manage the whole process, or just provide consulting advice on specific stages if required. In general, the earlier the architect is involved, the greater the potential to enhance cost-effectiveness through creative design. We work with an established network of other specialists, including structural engineers, quantity surveyors and energy, environmental, sustainability and planning consultants to ensure that the client has access to quality services.
