Ray Smith started buildservices.co.uk with the sole aim of providing a professional and trustworthy 'one stop shop' for customers embarking on building or development projects. Ray's background was initially architectural design where he went on to carry out many design projects all over the world including Kenya, Cyprus and Europe. Later in Ray's career he studied a BSc(Hons) in Building Management which led to a change in career path. From there he held the position of Project Manager, Contracts Manager and Construction Director helping to develop and deliver builds on time throughout London and the surrounding Counties.
