Jackson Architects offers Planning Supervisor services for any project where we are the appointed architects. A separate fee for these services is charged. The Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 1994 ('CONDAM' or 'CDM') were introduced to improve the management and co-ordination of health, safety and welfare throughout all stages of a construction project aimed at reducing the number of deaths and accidents in the industry.
