I am a qualified Landscape Architect, Garden Designer, and Craftsman, based in Oxfordshire. I try to create gardens that are vibrant & alive. I want you to feel the garden is beautiful, but when you're in the space, I would also like you to feel surrounded by life; plants, trees, water & wildlife. I believe the balance that is struck between these elements and the hard landscape is unique to you, so your garden reflects who you are perfectly. The hard landscape has its own important architectural beauty, but I believe ultimately, it often acts as a frame for the real focus of our attention, the plants and trees.
Over the years, I have created a number of sculptures and sculptural features in gardens. I continue to be interested in all sculptural forms. This can mean designing and making a unique sculptural element, creating a piece of bespoke furniture, or designing and making a water feature. Many elements in a garden can have a sculptural quality to them. This is a side of my work I continue to develop, I am happy to discuss how we could work together in this respect.
