Seems they dissolve and reform every few years leaving no warranty for the work they complete.
Now left with a partially functioning solar install.
Definitely one to avoid.
Had my solar fitted some years ago now and overall very happy. However it seems CJ solar at some point decided solar was no longer profitable for them and just ignore their solar customers enquires. I say this because some years ago they contacted me to offer battery storage I was interested and sent some questions untill now I received no response, a week ago I sent an email to them saying my enphase has not been reporting for some time I got no reply I called as I was concerned to be told they did not receive my email funny that if I was asking for an air source heat pump or a rewire of my house I’m sure they would have received my email. The funny thing is although my solar equipment is under warranty I offered to pay for someone to help me but as I say CJ solar are not interested in solar any more you got problems jog on. Anyway I called this week and spoke to Mia who says someone will contact me not holding my breath because as I say when I called them initially to have my solar installed they were all over me sending a guy round to sell me their wares but now there is a problem they just don’t care although I’m willing to pay be careful people some people just want to strip you of your cash when things go wrong your on your own
I had my system in last July. It has been great. My immersun did break down however they replaced the faulty unit very quickly.
My partner and I had a 16 panel german system installed in the summer July 2014, on our new home. The fitting went smoothly, without a fuss, they did everything they said they would. We have been paid from British gas twice so far receiving 532. We told our neighbours about it and they had it too. CM1 6GH
We are not impressed with the after sales service and are beginning to regret having our solar heating through this company! For the second time in less than 12 months the water heating system has gone wrong. We have asked for an engineer to come and sort it out because we have been without hot water facility for the past two weeks. CJ Solar have let us down twice and failed to arrive again today. Today we cancelled my wife's birthday dinner as the engineer kept assuring us he would come today, but didn't. This is not good enough and we are VERY disappointed with this company's service and for messing us around. We would advise people to check out other companies as the aftersales is very poor in our opinion.
