The Supreme heavy duty retractable loft ladder is supplied as a ready to fit unit. It is manufactured from high strength die-cast aluminium alloy components contained within, and attached to, a laminated wooden hatch box and a 62 mm thick sandwich construction insulated trapdoor. Therefore, the Supreme offers excellent thermal efficiency. It also provides an airtight seal. The heavy duty spring mechanism allows you to raise and lower the loft ladder with a minimum of effort (operating force of less than 3 kg).

The Isotec fire rated loft ladder offers superb fire protection and thermal insulation. With up to 120 minutes fire resistance ( EI2120 ) and a heavy duty load rating it is an ideal loft ladder for commercial and industrial projects. In addition, high thermal insulation and an airtight seal make it a good choice for low carbon buildings. The Isotec also benefits from large treads (360 mm wide by 120 mm deep) for safety and comfort. The following accessories are only available for order with a loft ladder.

The Elite heavy duty concertina loft ladder is ideal for a renovation project or replacement of an old loft ladder. It is easy to install within an existing ceiling opening or hatch box. Supplied as a ready to fit unit, The Elite loft ladder is manufactured from high strength die-cast aluminium alloy components. It is supplied with two heavy duty counter-balanced springs incorporated into pivot brackets. As a result, it can be raised and lowered with a minimum of effort. Also, large treads, non-slip protective feet and telescopic handrail (supplied as standard) offer comfort, safety and ease of egress.

The Quadro wooden loft ladder is the solution when ‘standard' is simply not good enough. It is supplied as an easy to fit, made-to-measure unit. Furthermore, it is suitable for ceiling heights of up to 3.44 m. The 3-part folding wooden ladder is contained within, and attached to, a laminated wooden hatch box and an insulated trapdoor. The Quadro wooden loft ladder offers very good energy efficiency thanks to an insulated trapdoor with an airtight 4-point locking mechanism.
