As Topographical/Land Survey specialists, SiteScan delivers accurate boundary survey data with a fast turn-around. Using GPS technology we are able to provide high-quality data relating to physical components in an area which can highlight the location and position of a boundary. This type of survey can record physical features such as fences, walls, banks and ditches and can also include information relating to other elements within the boundaries such as buildings, trees and roads. Our highly experienced team can compare these physical measurements to existing HM Land Registry documentation to provide an accurate plan which can indicate potential boundary problems and if necessary we are able to set out the correct boundary to Ordnance Survey grid references and create new HM Land Registry compliant plans.
