Building regulations sets out the minimum standards for design and construction of buildings. We can take care of all Building regulation matters. In most cases we are able to have Building regulations plans and notes approved within a two week time period, this is much quicker than the Local building Control Authorities time frame, thus allowing a projects to progress more quickly. If required on any given projects we can provide structural engineering detailing and calculations that can be used for construction purposes and as part of the Building regulation submission process.
