This new development sits on the corner of the High Street in East Ham and is surrounded by existing buildings on two sides. A former Co-Operative retail building, the proposed development will provide 98 new homes. These fantastic new residences for the University of Roehampton by architects Henley Halebrown are open for the students to live in and the project was shortlisted for RIBA's Stirling Prize 2018. CampbellReith carried out the civil and structural design work on the recently completed Leman Locke, located near Aldgate East.

Gallions Park Porsche Centre site is situated between the established residential neighbourhood of Beckton and the emerging mixed used area of Albert Basin. Big Yellow Self Storage wanted a new flagship storage building next to an elevated section of the M4. The client only wanted to use part of their site for the multi-storey construction as the remaining area would be used for future development. Situated in Central London, Oxford Street is one of Europe's major shopping frontages. However, at many points along this prestigious thoroughfare, there exist buildings of poor quality and appearance.

This includes a carpark from ground to first floor and office/laboratory from second to fourth floor.
