JYM Partnership was founded in 1996 to provide multi-disciplinary Building Consultancy Services throughout the UK. The Partnership has grown providing professional services in Project Management, Architecture, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying and Principal Designer. The Partnership through its comprehensive multi disciplinary approach has built up a diverse and prestigious client base. The Partnership prides itself in its ethos of delivering both quality and a first class hands-on service.

Virtually all projects are subject to financial constraints, making our Quantity Surveyors an essential element of the project team, providing cost advice, cost control and in-depth building contract knowledge. JYM's Quantity Surveyors are experienced and highly motivated, utilising the latest information technology to offer a cost effective service, whether working with the in-house design team or with external consultants. From cost planning and contract documentation to value engineering and life cycle costing, JYM are committed to providing a professional, accurate and quality service.

Our Chartered Building Surveyors have a detailed knowledge of a wide range of property and construction related matters. This knowledge enables us to provide advice in regards to acquisitions, development, adaptation, refurbishment, maintenance, legal compliance and disposals. The new Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 (CDM 2015) came into force on the 6th April 2015. The changes in the Regulations affect all involved in the procurement and delivery of construction projects. At JYM Partnership we have embraced the change by providing all staff with focused CPD on the new duties implied by the Regulations and utilising the skills of our qualified Principal Designers to review our internal procedures and to advise our clients upon the changes to ensure a seamless transition.
