The two Directors Michael Peart and Bruce Bradley founded Peart Bradley Architects in 2004 merging BSP Architects and Carnell Green Bradley Architects; we are based at 12 Regent Street in the Centre of Nottingham. Michael Wakerley joined the office in 2007 and is now an Associate. The practice is small and focused on providing a personal service to every client. We have worked in the East Midlands Area since our years at Nottingham University in the 1980's and each of us has a different area of expertise, this expertise is brought to every design project through our close working relationship from concept design to completion.
We undertake other services alongside these when required including, condition surveys, interior design, planning supervisor services and assistance with Faculty applications and HLF grants. We place strong emphasis on sustainability in our designs now where appropriate and encourage the use of new technologies to reduce energy consumption. We have selected 32 projects for our web portfolio, 4 from each of the 8 sectors that we most often work in: 1. Individual houses; 2. House extensions; 3. Residential developments; 4. Historic building conservation; 5. Education; 6 Church repairs and reordering, 7. Community schemes and 8. Commercial developments.
