We all want somewhere to relax at the end of the day, designing homes that give people that sense is at the heart of our work. We work with individuals on one off houses and residential developers from feasibility to on site completion. Derby Arboretum is Britain's first public park, built by the wealthy mill owner and philanthropist Joseph Strutt; the site for the Park Gate development next to the well preserved public baths building demanded a sensitive response. Incorporating a spacious courtyard, this residential development offers generous balconies and attractive open plan living spaces with views across the park.
