The Group needed the services of an Architect plus - someone who could lead them through the whole process from start to finish. Welham Architects were shortlisted and selected, and over time I found that whilst being friendly and excellent communicators, they are consummate professionals and gave us enormous confidence in their ability to help us achieve our long standing ambition. They have contacts with Rushcliffe Borough Council, Builders, Structural Engineers and more, and demonstrated to us that they are very good in preparing and detailing the contracts, and have a proven methodology for managing the review process and issuing payment certificates.
