Childs Sulzmann Architects was established by its two founding partners, Nick Childs and Peter Sulzmann in 1994 and has grown in size and reputation ever since. Now serving a national client portfolio from offices in Bristol and Cardiff, Childs Sulzmann Architects has developed a reputation for award winning design and high levels of personal service. We are based in the iconic Colston Tower building, an integral part of the Bristol centre skyline. Shortly after moving in we were given the opportunity to completely refurbish and transformed this 1970s building into the vibrant, contemporary working environment that we now enjoy.

It may arise from clever use of the site, increase in gross areas, an interrogation of the planning context or simply the delivery of an iconic development that contributes to a brand identity. London developers Resolution Property appointed Childs Sulzmann Architects to transform the iconic 1970's Colston Tower building, an integral part of the Bristol centre skyline, into a more dynamic, contemporary working environment. By reconfiguring the lower floors, adding facilities and redesigning the public areas, we contributed to significantly increased value.
